Called as Kashmir of Karnataka, Uttara Kannada district is the district where I was born. I have photographed in the district since 2010 so I got the opportunity to edit and do principal photography for the book.

A small district but probably most colorful and happening district , may be beaches, nature, food or culture. A must visit and I enjoyed everything here! For us this was a memorable experience.

My third assignement with District Tourism offices of Karnataka on tourism and travel, this time Dharwad district.
After carving out two districts out of then large district Dharwad , there was a requirement of revisiting and exploring this district. After our two popular works on Uttara Kannada district and Udupi We were challenged by many that Dharwad has not much left. When i started browsing the district A new world popped up of an amalgamation of stunning landscapes and rich culture. I think we did our best to show the land and its charming people.
